The service
Frotas is an online platform for managing transport fleets: drivers, vehicles, documents and financial settlements. The service is intended for companies and sole traders who operate fleets.
Account and access
The fleet administrator is responsible for the access they create and the drivers they invite. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.
Plans and payment
Plans are monthly and paid in advance. You can change plans or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Responsibility for amounts
Settlements depend on the imported data and the rules configured by the fleet. The fleet must review each settlement before approving it. Frotas does not issue invoices and does not replace certified invoicing software.
Personal data
The fleet is the controller of its drivers' data. Frotas processes that data on the fleet's behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
