No. You download the weekly report from the platform's portal and import the CSV file into Frotas. We never ask for access to your accounts.
Yes. Each driver has their own contract: fixed rent, percentage, daily fee, revenue share or hybrid. The settlement applies the right model to each one.
Yes. You create drivers and vehicles, import the platform files and your first settlement is ready the same day. You can also import other CSV files with any columns.
No. The driver app is included in the fleet's plan. Drivers join with the invitation you send them.
No. Frotas calculates and documents settlements, but it does not replace certified invoicing software. You receive an invoice for your subscription every month.
Each fleet only sees its own data and each driver only sees theirs. You can ask for your data to be exported or deleted at any time, as the GDPR provides.
You mark the driver as offboarded. The settlement and payment history is kept and the final balance goes into the last settlement.
