Who we are

What data we process
Account data, such as name, email and hashed password. Fleet and driver data entered by users, such as contacts, tax number, IBAN, documents, vehicles, earnings and expenses. The location sent by the driver app while the driver is online. The data sent in demo requests.
Why we use it
To provide the service, calculate settlements, send account messages and answer requests. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Roles and legal basis
We process account data to perform our contract with you. For driver data, the fleet is the controller and Frotas acts as processor.
Retention
We keep data while the account is active and for as long as the law requires for financial records. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at hello@frotas.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
